Trinity Tatum, winner of Love Island USA Season 8, has signed with William Morris Endeavor (WME) for representation.

The deal follows Tatum, 22, and fellow Islander Bryce Dettloff being crowned champions of the Peacock dating show’s eighth season, taking home a $100,000 grand prize.

Raised in Newport News, Virginia, Tatum built a massive following during her run in the villa and has since amassed more than 6 million combined followers across TikTok and Instagram.

WME will work with Tatum to develop opportunities across fashion, television, digital content, and brand partnerships, turning her breakout platform into a longer-term career. This marks Tatum’s first formal representation deal; she entered the villa without an agency and leaves with one of Hollywood’s biggest.

Tatum joins a growing list of reality TV and social-first talent WME has signed in 2026. The agency recently added Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga for brand partnerships and content development, entrepreneur Jayda Cheaves for her fashion and beauty ventures, and The Skinny Confidential founder Lauryn Bosstick for television and unscripted programming.

Love Island USA contestants face a one-year exclusivity window limiting outside TV projects, so Tatum and WME may take a measured approach before her next big move.

Takeaways

WME didn’t wait around on this one; nine days after the finale, Tatum already had a top-tier agency behind her. That’s a bet on her staying power beyond the villa, not just a post-show victory lap.

Pairing her with Gorga, Cheaves, and Bosstick shows WME is deliberately stacking a roster of women with built-in, highly engaged audiences.

Will the one-year TV exclusivity window slow down Tatum’s momentum, or will WME lean into fashion and digital deals in the meantime? Could Tatum land a major beauty or fashion campaign before she’s cleared to return to TV?
