  • Lauryn Bosstick, founder of The Skinny Confidential, has signed with WME for representation.
  • WME will represent her across television, unscripted content, and brand partnerships.
  • She was previously represented by Allora Talent.
  • The deal builds on her brand empire, which includes a beauty product line and "The Bossticks" podcast.

Lauryn Bosstick, founder of beauty brand The Skinny Confidential, has signed with WME for representation. Bosstick started The Skinny Confidential in 2011 as a blog while in college.

Since then, the brand has grown into a site covering wellness, relationships, and business, alongside an e-commerce beauty line featuring products like mouth tape and ice rollers.

In 2016, Bosstick launched her podcast The Bossticks, which she hosts with her husband and co-founder Michael Bosstick, who also founded the podcasting company, Dear Media.

The show, which features interviews on business, culture and media, has amassed over 600 million downloads, with guests including Martha Stewart, Paris Hilton, Bozoma Saint John and Kourtney Kardashian.

Bosstick has also authored two books, The Skinny Confidential: A Babe’s Sexy, Sassy Fitness and Lifestyle Guide and GET THE F*CK OUT OF THE SUN.

Going forward, Bosstick will work with WME to expand across television, unscripted content, and brand partnerships.

The move puts her in good company at WME, which recently signed creator-turned-mogul Jayda Cheaves for representation, and finance personality Nicole Lapin and Her Money News Network, signaling the agency’s continued push into the creator-economy space.

Bosstick’s brand has come a long way from its blogging roots, now selling products at retailers including Revolve, Nordstrom, and Amazon, with a community built through years of direct audience feedback on product development.

The WME signing marks a new chapter for the entrepreneur as she pushes The Skinny Confidential further into television and unscripted programming.

Takeaways

WME’s signing of Bosstick fits a clear pattern: major agencies are racing to lock down creators who’ve already built scalable, monetizable brands rather than betting on unproven talent.

With Cheaves and Lapin also recently aboard, WME appears to be assembling a roster of entrepreneurial women with built-in audiences and proven business instincts.

Will WME push Bosstick toward a scripted or reality TV format, given her unscripted podcast success? Does this signing signal WME doubling down on wellness and lifestyle creators specifically? How might Michael Bosstick’s Dear Media factor into future deals brokered through WME?
