  • Chicago indie-rock four-piece The Braymores has signed with global agency ROAM for live music and touring representation across North America, with agent Brandon Hughes leading the deal.
  • The band continues with Red Light Management under Neil Mason for management; the ROAM signing covers the live/touring side only.
  • The Braymores enter the deal with a Lollapalooza appearance ahead and a sophomore album, When The Lights Go Out, on the way.
  • The signing marks the first formal booking agency representation for the band, who built its entire fanbase independently since forming in 2022.

The Braymores, the Chicago-based indie-alt-folk rock four-piece made up of Matt Tilles (vocals/guitar), Keegan Melaniphy (guitar), Russell Oren (drums), and Connor Kohanzo (bass), have signed with ROAM for live music and touring representation across North America.

Agent Brandon Hughes will lead the booking. Management remains with Red Light Management Nashville’s Neil Mason, who continues to oversee the band’s overall career strategy.

Formed in 2022 after frontman Tilles began gaining traction through original TikTok posts, The Braymores built their following the hard way, playing Chicago venues like Phyllis’ Musical Inn and the Beat Kitchen before graduating to larger stages.

Their 2023 debut EP, Talking to Trees, established their blend of indie rock, folk, and surf-tinged guitar work, and their debut album, Who You’d Have Been, followed in September 2024 to strong underground reception.

The band performed at SXSW 2026 and is booked for the Mile of Music Festival, with a landmark hometown appearance at Lollapalooza ahead. Their sophomore album, When The Lights Go Out, is set to drop alongside a full summer and fall tour.

The signing continues a strong 2026 run for Hughes at ROAM, who earlier this year signed NJ indie-pop artist Imani Graham for North America representation.

ROAM, formed in September 2025 from the merger of Arrival Artists and ATC Live, has been steadily expanding its Americas presence, including TWO LANES’ North and South America signing earlier in June 2026.

Takeaways

This signing is a big deal for a band that never had an agency in their corner before. The Braymores have done everything organically (no label, no booking machine), and now they’re stepping into Lollapalooza and a new album cycle with one of the fastest-growing independent agencies in the world behind their touring.

For ROAM, this fits a clear pattern: Brandon Hughes is becoming the go-to agent for credible indie acts just before they break wide open. He signed Imani Graham at a similar point in her career, and now he’s making the same call on The Braymores.

Does ROAM parlay the Lollapalooza slot into further major festival bookings for the When The Lights Go Out cycle? Can The Braymores hold onto their grassroots, independently-built identity as their team and platform grow?
