  • Javier de Castro has joined Select Culture Agency as a booking agent, moving over from Analog Agency.
  • He brings an international touring roster that includes Ben Sterling, Mau P, and Nic Fanciulli, among others.
  • The hire adds non-North-America touring depth to Select Culture's house and techno-leaning roster, based out of Miami, Amsterdam, and Ibiza.
  • It follows Select Culture's other 2026 additions, Miguelle & Tons in May and aryeh in June.

Select Culture Agency has added Javier de Castro as its newest booking agent, a move that also brings over a slate of touring dance acts, including Ben Sterling, Mau P, and Nic Fanciulli.

De Castro previously worked out of Analog Agency, the house- and techno-focused agency founded by Ian Hindmarsh with offices spanning Madrid, London, Buenos Aires, and Ibiza. He now works out of Select Culture’s Ibiza office, handling touring for his roster across territories outside North America.

Mau P, the Amsterdam-born producer, Nic Fanciulli, the Maidstone-born house veteran, and Ben Sterling, the London-born tech house artist, round out the trio joining de Castro at his new home.

The hire places de Castro alongside Select Culture’s existing team of Jack Burgess and Spyros Bonikos, at an agency running out of Miami, Amsterdam, and Ibiza.

Select Culture has added acts steadily through 2026, including Miguelle & Tons in May and Paris/New York DJ aryeh in June for US representation, building a roster that already features Enzo Siragusa, Luuk Van Dijk, and Magda.

The move lands amid a broader wave of agent changes across live music this year. It follows Sean Patrick Rhorer’s jump to First Date Touring, Matt Sandrin’s move to the same agency from Tour Peachy, and Trip Brown’s exit from New Frontier Touring for Universal Attractions Agency.

Takeaways

This is a boutique-to-boutique move, not a jump to a major, and that’s the point. Select Culture built its name on a tight, house-and-techno-leaning roster, and landing an agent whose client book already includes Ben Sterling, Mau P, and Nic Fanciulli gives the agency instant weight in the touring-heavy corners of dance music.

For de Castro, trading an agency built around a wider Ian Hindmarsh-era client list for a smaller, more curated shop suggests a bet on focus over scale, and on Select Culture’s growing footprint in Ibiza, Miami, and Amsterdam.

Does landing de Castro signal Select Culture wants a bigger seat at the table in mainstream techno touring, not just the underground? Will Ben Sterling, Mau P, and Nic Fanciulli’s other territory agents realign around Select Culture, or stay split across multiple agencies?
