Karol G Stars in Reebok “Born Classic. Worn Together.” Campaign

Celebrity Name:Karol G
Brand:Reebok
Deal Type:Global Campaign (second installment of a multi-year brand ambassador partnership)
Announced:July 31, 2026
  • Reebok has released "Born Classic. Worn Together.," the second campaign chapter with global ambassador Karol G, following January's "Born Classic. Worn for Life."
  • Shot in Mexico City by Alfred Marroquín, the film pulls its orange color palette from her Tropicoqueta album and centers community and togetherness over solo star power.
  • The drop lands midway through her Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour, a stadium run continuing through 2027 across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe.
  • This is her second major brand rollout of 2026, following a March collaboration with Stanley 1913.

Karol G is back at the center of Reebok’s biggest sneaker relaunch, fronting the brand’s second seasonal chapter under its Classics banner.

Titled “Born Classic. Worn Together.,” the campaign builds on January’s “Born Classic. Worn for Life.,” which introduced the Colombian superstar as Reebok’s new global brand ambassador and marked the on-shelf return of the Reebok Classics line.

Announced July 31, 2026, the new film was shot in Mexico City by Alfred Marroquín and pulls its color story from Karol G’s Tropicoqueta era, all orange hues and warm gradients.

Instead of a solo spotlight, the spot gathers people of different ages and backgrounds dancing together to the album’s title track, a shift toward community over pure celebrity.

“What I love most about Born Classic. Worn Together. is that it’s rooted in joy, energy, and community,” Karol G said in a statement, adding that it reflects Reebok’s commitment to “individuality, self-expression, and togetherness.”

The timing lines up with the biggest year of her career. Her Tropicoqueta album debuted at No. 1 on Hot Latin Songs and No. 3 on the Billboard 200; she became the first Latina artist to headline Coachella across both weekends. She’s now touring stadiums on her Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour, running through 2027, where she’s set to become the first Latina artist to headline stadium shows across Europe.

This isn’t the only brand news surrounding her lately. In March, Karol G partnered with Stanley 1913 on a limited-edition Tropicoqueta tumbler collection, adding to a run of deals that also includes Diesel and Casa Dragones Tequila.

On Reebok’s side, the Classics revival has become a rotating stage for music talent. PartyNextDoor fronted an earlier chapter of “Born Classic. Worn for Life.,” and rapper Destroy Lonely joined the campaign in May.

Karol G remains its anchor, and Reebok says the platform will keep expanding into new cities, including New York, San Francisco, and Berlin, in coming seasons.

Takeaways

Karol G doubling down with Reebok tells you two things: this ambassadorship isn’t a one-off check-cashing deal, and 2026 is shaping up to be the year she turns global pop dominance into a full lifestyle portfolio.

Landing a second campaign chapter just months after her ambassador deal was announced, and timing it to her stadium tour, suggests Reebok is building its Classics comeback around her calendar, not the other way around.

For Reebok, pairing a global superstar with regional faces like PartyNextDoor and Destroy Lonely lets the brand feel massive and culturally specific at once.

Is Karol G becoming Reebok’s brand “muse” rather than a traditional spokesperson, and what does that shift mean for how ambassador deals get structured going forward? With her tour running through 2027, how many more campaign chapters could this partnership realistically produce?
