How do I book an artist?

The process for booking an artist is as follows:
1. You need to have a budget (money already secured), date for event, and venue.
2. You will send the name of the artist you want to book, the date you want to book them, and the city/venue where you want to book them to the agent, and ask if the artist is available for that date.
3. If the artist is available, you will send an offer.
4. If they accept your offer, then will go to contract phrase where you get contract and rider.
5. Once contract is signed, you will need to make a deposit
