My non-profit donates to celebrity non-profits, who should I contact for this?
I run a non profit that donates to other non profits, those associated to a celebrity. We don’t ask for donations, we give them. Is it best to contact the Publicist or the agent?

Neither. If you are just looking to donate, most celebrity non-profits have a website where you can donate directly there. Also, most have a person who specifically manages the non-profit who can assist you if you are unable to directly donate via their website.
