  • TYNAN (Kevin Hickey) has signed with The Gongaware Group for live music/touring representation.
  • Layla Gongaware and Paul Gongaware lead the new partnership.
  • TYNAN continues with Vision Artists Management for day-to-day management.

Oklahoma City-born dubstep and trap producer TYNAN, the stage name of Kevin Hickey, has officially signed with The Gongaware Group for live music and touring representation, with Layla Gongaware and Paul Gongaware overseeing the partnership.

The move puts him alongside labelmates like Jax Jones, Sigala, Imanbek, and Crankdat on the agency’s bass and electronic roster. He’ll continue working with Vision Artists Management on the management side, keeping that piece of his team unchanged.

TYNAN broke through in 2018 with a remix of Lookas’ “Eclipse,” and since then has built a catalog of dark trap and dubstep releases through Monstercat, including “Rockin,” “Stay” with Ace Aura, and “Vexed” with Crankdat.

In 2025, he linked up with Riot Ten for “bRuh,” featured on Riot Ten’s Requiem for a Riot LP, and he kicked off 2026 with new collaborative releases alongside Dani King and Kompany. He’s currently on a 2026-2027 tour stretching from Wichita to Tampa, with stops in Austin, Houston, and Pittsburgh among the 13 dates planned.

The signing follows former representation through David Vartanian and Leo Corson at Corson Agency, as well as Chelsea Carrington at THG Agency.

The Gongaware Group has been on an active signing run lately. The agency recently added bass artist YDG for representation. TYNAN’s addition continues the agency’s push to deepen its bass-music footprint heading into festival season.

Takeaways

This signing reinforces The Gongaware Group’s reputation as a go-to home for rising bass and dubstep artists looking to scale their touring footprint.

Pairing a known booking agency with TYNAN’s existing management at Vision Artists suggests a focused push on live dates rather than a full team overhaul.

Does this signal that The Gongaware Group is positioning itself as the dominant booking house for dubstep/trap artists in 2026? Will TYNAN’s new representation translate into bigger festival slots or international dates?
