  • The Props dropped their debut five-track EP Arrow on April 10, 2026, via Blue Grape Music, produced by GRAMMY-winner Carlos de la Garza, with lead single "Se Llama (Tell Me What You Want)" generating early buzz.
  • Formed in late 2023, the band built quick momentum with early releases "Echoes" and "Get Off" before securing their label deal with Blue Grape Music.
  • The signing adds to ROAM's growing alternative roster in the EU/UK territory, following recent similar signings of Big Long Sun and cutouts.

The Props have signed with global indie booking agency ROAM for live representation across Europe and the UK. Agent Steve Taylor, Glasgow-based and formerly of ATC Live, will oversee the territory.

The Los Angeles four-piece, built on sharp post-punk guitars and new wave-leaning songwriting, wasted no time making noise after forming in late 2023. Early singles “Echoes” and “Get Off” earned the band a deal with Blue Grape Music, the NYC independent home to a fast-growing roster of rock acts.

Their debut EP Arrow, produced by GRAMMY®-winner Carlos de la Garza, known for his work with Paramore, dropped April 10, 2026.

The five-track project opens with lead single “Se Llama (Tell Me What You Want),” a hook-driven, riff-forward track that captures a band locked in. The band celebrated the release with a free show at The Virgil in Silverlake, Los Angeles.

This EU deal is consistent with ROAM’s aggressive build-out of its alternative roster. The agency, born from the merger of Arrival Artists and ATC Live in September 2025, recently signed Big Long Sun for EU representation and brought cutouts on board for the same territory.

With over 800 artists on its books, including Fontaines D.C., Amyl & The Sniffers, and Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, ROAM brings serious European infrastructure to a band just hitting its stride.

Takeaways

The Props signing to ROAM right at the Arrow EP release window is smart timing. Momentum is currency in this industry, and landing EU representation while the band’s name is generating press gives Steve Taylor real material to work with when pitching European promoters and festival bookers.

What’s notable here is the career architecture forming around a band that’s barely two years old. Blue Grape Music on the label side, Carlos de la Garza in the studio, and now ROAM for Europe, that’s not a band guessing their way through the industry. That’s a deliberate build.

ROAM’s continued focus on the EU/UK alternative lane is also worth watching. Between The Props, Big Long Sun, and cutouts, a pattern is emerging: the agency is stacking emerging guitar-forward acts with real press traction before they’ve fully broken through internationally. That’s a calculated bet, and it could look very smart by this time next year.

Could the Arrow EP become The Props’ calling card into the European festival circuit, and which stages are realistic targets by summer 2027? With Carlos de la Garza already on board, does the band’s next project go bigger in scope, or do they double down on the leaner post-punk sound that’s working?
