  • Shanina Shaik has launched her first capsule collection with Canadian activewear label 437.
  • The collaboration includes sports bras, leggings, tanks, shorts, and off-duty pieces in black, cream, heather grey, and scarlet.
  • Shaik called the project a chance to bring "a vision to life."
  • The launch comes shortly after Shaik returned to the runway at Australian Fashion Week 2026.

Shanina Shaik has teamed up with Canadian activewear label 437 for a new capsule collection, bringing her signature minimalist style to a range of elevated workout and everyday essentials.

The collaboration, which launched this week, marks Shaik’s first collection with the Toronto-based brand and features sleek separates in a palette of black, cream, heather grey and scarlet.

The line includes sports bras, leggings, tanks, shorts, and off-duty pieces designed to transition from the gym to everyday wear.

Shaik said on social media that the project was about more than creating activewear, describing it as an opportunity to bring “a vision to life.” 437 was founded in 2016 by Hyla Nayeri and Adrien Bettio, beginning as a swimwear label before expanding into activewear and lifestyle collections.

The model has kept busy on the runway too. She returned to the runway at Australian Fashion Week 2026 in May, walking for Carla Zampatti during one of the event’s most anticipated shows.

This isn’t Shaik’s first foray into fashion collaborations either; she previously launched a capsule with Australian label Johansen.

The 437 launch follows a string of similar capsule moves making headlines in 2026, including Poppy Delevingne’s evening capsule with Nobody’s Child and Connie Britton’s anniversary capsule with La Ligne.

Takeaways

Capsule collections keep proving to be a low-risk, high-visibility way for brands to tap into a celebrity’s personal style rather than just slapping a logo on existing products.

For 437, pairing with a model known for minimalism is a clear bid to position itself as a premium activewear name beyond Canada’s borders.

Will 437 use this collaboration to push further into international markets like the US or Australia? Could this open the door for Shaik to land more activewear or athleisure partnerships going forward?
