Party Pupils, the Los Angeles-based future funk and disco house duo made up of pop star MAX (Max Schneider) and producer Ryan Siegel has signed with United Talent Agency (UTA) for worldwide live music and touring representation. Agent Ben Hogan will lead the relationship at the agency.

The duo has been on an active release run. Their Virtual Clarity EP dropped in January 2025, followed by a deluxe edition in March.

In 2026, they dropped “Baby Come Back” featuring Mayer Hawthorne and “Ride Like The Wind (Yacht House Mix)” with Christopher Cross, continuing their signature lane of reimagining classic yacht rock and soul cuts for today’s dance floors. Their touring footprint has steadily grown, with shows across the US and a Japan run in May 2025.

The signing adds to a run of notable dance music pickups for UTA. In May 2025, the agency signed producer and DJ Getter in a strategic deal signaling the act’s return from an extended hiatus.

More recently, UTA signed hip-hop artist SLAYR for worldwide touring representation, and earlier this year, rock duo The HELLP came aboard the agency as well.

Party Pupils continue to be managed by JET Management, which also handles artists including Yung Bae, San Holo, Madeon, and Girl Talk, among others.

Takeaways

Party Pupils landing at UTA with Ben Hogan is a meaningful move. Hogan is widely recognized as one of the most respected booking agents in electronic music, he’s helped build careers for major dance acts including Marshmello, Jauz, Slander, NGHTMRE, and Getter.

For a duo like Party Pupils, who have been consistently releasing and touring but operating somewhat below the mainstream radar, this is the kind of infrastructure move that could meaningfully expand their reach.

The timing aligns with a prolific creative stretch for the duo. Between their Virtual Clarity project and a fresh wave of 2026 releases, they’re heading into this partnership with real momentum, not chasing it.

The pairing with JET Management, which handles fellow dance acts Yung Bae, San Holo, and Madeon, also creates an interesting network effect. Their team now has deep electronic music ties on both the management and agency sides.

Could UTA’s global network unlock festival headline slots and international touring routes that Party Pupils haven’t accessed yet? With Ben Hogan at the helm, could Party Pupils be positioned for a crossover moment similar to what Marshmello achieved early in his career?
