  • Milton Keynes alternative rock trio Mindsigh (Charlie Tomlin, Johnny Farmer, and Kaue Mercer) have signed with global independent booking agency ROAM for live touring representation worldwide, excluding North America.
  • Agent Steve Taylor will lead the booking for the band across all covered territories.
  • The deal comes off the back of Mindsigh's third single "Quiet Place," which was remixed by Craig Montgomery, a former live sound engineer for Nirvana, and has earned airplay support from Radio X's John Kennedy.

Mindsigh, the Milton Keynes-based alternative rock trio blending 90s grunge, indie, and shoegaze, have signed with ROAM for worldwide live touring representation, excluding North America. Agent Steve Taylor will handle the territory.

The band, Charlie Tomlin (guitar/vocals), Johnny Farmer (bass), and Kaue Mercer (drums), formed in 2025 and wasted no time making noise. Their third single, “Quiet Place,” earned a remix from Craig Montgomery, a former live sound engineer for Nirvana, a nod that speaks directly to the band’s sonic DNA.

Frontman Charlie Tomlin previously fronted Nirvana tribute act Nerdvana on the local MK circuit. Radio X’s John Kennedy has been a vocal supporter of the single, and the band recently performed at Hazardfest in Newport Pagnell, adding to a growing run of live dates.

Drawing influence from Nirvana, Deftones, and contemporary acts like Wunderhorse, Mindsigh have no prior agency or management representation on record, making this ROAM deal their first formal industry relationship.

ROAM, formed in September 2025 from the merger of Arrival Artists and ATC Live, has been actively building its alternative and indie roster.

The agency recently signed Yndling for worldwide representation excluding North America and brought on Cannelle for worldwide representation excluding North and South America, pointing to a deliberate strategy of developing emerging international acts across territories.

Takeaways

Mindsigh are only one year into their existence as a band, and they’re already landing at the world’s largest independent booking agency. That’s not noise, that’s signal.

The “Quiet Place” Nirvana connection wasn’t just a fun press story; it validated the band’s sound to the kind of tastemakers that matter, and Radio X’s John Kennedy co-signing the single added real industry weight.

ROAM isn’t signing acts out of charity, they move with purpose, and Mindsigh joining a roster that includes Fontaines D.C., Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, and Amyl & The Sniffers says a lot about where the agency sees them going.

Can Mindsigh convert their local UK buzz into a credible international live circuit before a full debut EP or album is even out? What does a North America-excluded deal tell us about where the band’s primary growth opportunity is right now, and who might eventually pick up that territory?
