  • Veteran talent agent Elizabeth Wiederseim has officially landed at Paradigm Talent Agency after being caught in WME's round of layoffs in March 2026.
  • Wiederseim has represented high-profile stars, including Colman Domingo, Leo Woodall, Will Brill, and Nate Mann.
  • Before WME, Wiederseim spent over a decade at Gersh across both NY and LA offices following stints at Innovative Artists followed and Don Buchwald and Associates (where she started her career).
  • Paradigm Managing Partner Andrew Ruf praised Wiederseim's "sharp creative instincts, deep client relationships, and a reputation for advocacy" as central to her hire.

Talent agent Elizabeth Wiederseim has found a new home at Paradigm Talent Agency, weeks after being let go from WME in the agency’s March 2026 layoffs. She will be based out of Paradigm’s LA office.

Wiederseim’s career highlights include repping Colman Domingo through his Oscar, BAFTA, and Golden Globe nominations for Rustin, as well as Leo Woodall during his transition from HBO’s The White Lotus to Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy. Her client list also includes Will Brill and Nate Mann.

Before WME, she spent more than a decade at Gersh across both coasts, and began her career at Innovative Artists before moving to Don Buchwald & Associates.

The move is consistent with Paradigm’s aggressive push to rebuild its talent division. This signing mirrors other recent industry moves, including Hannah Davis joining CAA from WME and Dru Bass landing at Independent Artist Group from WME.

“We’re incredibly excited to welcome Elizabeth to Paradigm,” said Managing Partner Andrew Ruf. “As we continue to grow our talent division, Elizabeth’s addition represents a meaningful step forward.”

Takeaways

Wiederseim’s move to Paradigm isn’t just a career pivot. it’s a signal. When an agent with her track record lands somewhere new and brings her clients with her, it says everything about the loyalty she’s built.

WME’s March 2026 layoffs sent ripple effects across Hollywood, but for Paradigm, it’s turned into an opportunity. The agency has been quietly assembling serious talent-side firepower, and landing someone with Wiederseim’s résumé is the kind of move that gets the industry’s attention.

With most of her WME clients expected to follow her, how significantly could this reshape Paradigm’s talent roster overnight? Does WME’s 2026 layoff wave signal deeper structural shifts at major talent agencies, and who benefits most?
