William Eldridge Brooks Jr., known as Bucky Brooks, is a TV analyst, sportswriter, and former NFL player born on January 22, 1971, in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. He played college football for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The Buffalo Bills selected him as the 48th pick in the second round of the 1994 NFL Draft. He played for Green Bay Packers, Jacksonville Jaguars, Kansas City Chiefs, and Oakland Raiders.

Bucky was a Super Bowl champion (XXXI). He worked as a scout for the Carolina Panthers and Seattle Seahawks. Bucky worked as a writer for Sports Illustrated.com. He founded Big Play, Inc. in 2009, a speed & agility training and skill development for young athletes.

Bucky collaborated with Matt "Money" Smith to host the College Football 24/7 podcast. iTunes recognized the podcast as the Best New Sports and Recreation podcast of the year in 2012. Bucky is the head coach of Granada Hills Charter High School.
