Jennifer and Lucy West (known online as The West Twins) are identical twins and were born on October 18, 1986, in Wigan, England. Their parents are David West and April West. Jenny and Lucy West are British fitness experts, bodybuilders, and reality tv stars. Jenny is known for appearing in MTV's The Challenge and ITV's Survival of the Fittest in 2018. Jenny has been competing since 2013 and also competed in National Amateur Bodybuilders' Association Universe.

Lucy first discovered weightlifting and worked out hard for a year against an amateur competition in 2014 in which she came third place. Her success inspired Jenny to start lifting weights as well, even though Jenny was already working as a personal trainer at the time.

The two started creating videos and courses in 2010 to inspire others to get fit with them. Jenny went on to win the 35th season of MTV’s The Challenge: Total Madness with a grand prize of $500,000.
