The Manor is a band whose founding members first met at Beckenham College, in 2007. MCs Danny Graft, Scotty Stacks, and Jonny Dutch formed the group, which began performing in local bars and clubs, gaining a large following for their rowdy brand of British hip-hop and grime. The group had a serious side as well, discussing social injustice, racism, and poverty, especially in their neighbourhood and surrounding areas. The mixtape Welcome to the Manor, which was made available for free, served as their debut release in September 2011. The release of the Free Mixtapes Don't Pay the Rent album, which included the fan favourite "Alors en Graft," helped them raise their profile further thanks to videos on SBTV's YouTube channel. Moreover, they returned in 2018 with singles like "Out 'Ere" and "Ibiza" after their hit with 2017's "The Sesh”.
