Spain is a rock band from Los Angeles. The band was formed in 1993 and is led by songwriter and bassist Josh Haden. Their style of music includes a combination of folk, blues, jazz, slowcore, and country. The band has been functional for more than two decades and has so far released five albums. Their first album, titled “The Blue Moods of Spain,” was released in 1995. The album featured the song “Spiritual,” which became very successful and supported many musical artists.

The band released the second album, titled “She Haunts My Dreams,” in 1999. The third album was released in 2001. Then the band became inactive for a while before it was rebuilt with new members in 2007. The new lineup released a new studio recording, “The Soul of Spain,” in 2012, the first recording in thirteen years. The band toured several countries in Europe, including Denmark, France, Belgium, and Italy.
