Ömer Sercan İpekçioğlu (popularly known as Ais Ezhel and Ais Bebe) is a Turkish rapper, singer, and songwriter who was born on July 1st, 1991 in Ankara, Turkey. He hailed from a musical family as his mother was an Anatolian folk dancer and his uncle a musician and sound/light engineer.

Ezhel began rap from a young age making reggae-style tracks. When he was eighteen he began rapping with reggae band Afra Tafra. He later formed his own band Kökler Filizleniyor with some of his friends in Ankara. Ezhel played the baglama and the guitar. His debut album Müptezhel dropped in 2017, six years after he released his debut single Sekiz. Ezhel is best known for the singles Şehrimin Tadı and Geceler. He also co-founded the record later VooDoo Records.

Ezhel and fellow Turkish rapper Anil Piyanci both rose to fame in Turkey's burgeoning rap scene. Some of Ezhel’s albums include Müptezhel (2017), Lights Out (2019, featuring Ufo361), and Made in Turkey (2020 featuring Murda).
