Hollow & Akimbo is an American electronic music trio, formed in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The trio is composed of Jonathan Visger, Brian Konicek, and Mike Higgins, and they are signed to the record label Quite Scientific. Both shared a common interest for deep experimentation with noise and ambient influences. Their signature sound involves Visger’s oniric vocals, as well as Konicek’s unique guitar textures and Higgins’ power drumming. In 2013, they released their first album titled “Pseudoscience” featuring songs such as “Fever Dreams” and “Still Life”. They released their self-titled full-length album in 2014. It included tracks such as “Singularity”, “Still Life” and “Lucky Stars”. In the same year they released “Singularity” which was a five-single remix of the same title song. They have performed alongside bands such as Love Inks and Air Waves.
