Fatih Karaca (popularly known by his stage moniker Mabel Matiz) is a Turkish singer who was born on August 31, 1985, in Erdemli, Turkey. Fatih was born and raised in the Turkish city Mersin. He was born to Ali, a Cyprus veteran, and driver, and his mother’s name was Maya. Fatih studied Dentistry at Istanbul University and graduated in 2008.

Fatih began releasing his own tracks in 2008 through Myspace. His first studio album Mabel Matiz was released in 2011 under the Esen Müzik label. The album was produced by Turkish music producer Engin Akıncı. Fatih’s second album Yaşım Çocuk dropped in 2013 through the DMC label and it included his hit track Aşk Yok Olmaktır.

He dedicated his 4th album to his mother naming it after her, Maya. It included the track Babamı Beklerken.
