Edward Bluemel is an English actor, born on May 22, 1993, in Somerset, England. He is best known as Marcus Whitmore in Sky One's adaptation of A Discovery of Witches, alongside Matthew Goode, Teresa Palmer, and Valarie Pettiford. The English actor was also featured in the TV series Holby City, The Halcyon, Traitors, Killing Eve and landed a recurring role in the series Sex Education. On-screen, he appeared in Access All Areas, The Commuter, How to Build a Girl, and Intelligent Design, directed by David Spicer. Edward attended Taunton School before becoming an alumnus of the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama with a BA in Acting. He made his professional acting debut in 2014, appearing as Leontes in the theatre play, The Winter’s Tale.
