Camilo Echeverry, better known as Camilo, is a singer, songwriter, and producer born on March 16, 1994, in Medellin, Colombia. He first became known when he appeared in and eventually won the reality television series El Factor X in 2007 when he was 13 years old. As Camilo Echeverry, he released two albums and acted in several telenovelas. He relaunched his singing career, this time as Camilo, in 2018 with the release of his single Desconocidos with Mau y Ricky and Manuel Turizo. He would soon follow that up with another hit single, Tattoo with Rauw Alejandro. Before relaunching his solo career, Echeverry has written songs for musicians like Becky G, Prince Royce, and Maluma. Echeverry has received a Grammy for Best Pop Song for his album, Por Primero Vez. He has also shared the stage with the likes of Shakira and Pedro Capó.
