Jess & Matt are an Australian pop music duo formed in 2014 in New South Wales, Australia. The members of the duo are the husband and wife Jess Dunbar and Matt Price. The two started out as solo artists, but ended up becoming a duo in 2014. In 2015 they auditioned for the seventh season of The X Factor Australia and made it to the Grand Final, coming in third. After The X Factor, they signed with the label Sony Music Australia and released their debut single titled “Nothing Matters.” The song charted at number 29 on the Australian singles chart. That same year they released their debut studio album self-titled Jess & Matt. The album charted at number 9 on the Australian Albums chart. In 2017 they released their debut EP titled Belmont Street and in 2018 they released their sophomore album titled Songs from the Village. The duo were part of the 100 judges on the Australian music competition show All Together Now in 2018.
