Philadelphia sibling duo Sam & Louise Sullivan have signed with boutique agency Ground Control Touring for live music and touring representation across worldwide territories, excluding Europe and the United Kingdom. Agent Andrew Stocker will lead the booking relationship.
Sam and Louise Sullivan began recording together in 2020, trading files between their Philadelphia homes for a homemade debut EP.
Since then, working alongside regular collaborators Emily Moales, Kevin Basko, and Jem Seidel of the local collective Historic New Jersey, the pair released 2025’s Sweet Enough and followed it this July 24 with their third album, Love & Devotion, again produced by Basko.
Sweet Enough caught the ear of Wilco‘s Jeff Tweedy, who invited the siblings to perform multiple sets at Wilco’s own Solid Sound Festival in June. Love & Devotion, built from psych-pop, country, folk, and funk influences behind the lead single “Down On Love,” has since drawn some of the strongest reviews of the duo’s young career.
Up to now, Sam & Louise Sullivan have booked their own shows, largely playing Philadelphia club dates while building an audience through the Historic New Jersey scene.
The signing continues an active stretch of additions for Ground Control Touring. The agency recently completed a similar worldwide-excluding-Europe/UK deal with Krill and added indie act villagerrr and musician Helen Sun to its roster under the same territory terms.
