Ari Lennox has signed with Creative Artists Agency (CAA) for worldwide live music and touring representation. Agents Akinola Aliu and Joseph Harris will now handle her bookings.
The deal ends her run at THE·TEAM, which previously ran her touring business. Before that, her live bookings sat with United Talent Agency (UTA), while Black Wax Management once guided her day-to-day career before her move to November Yellow.
The timing lines up with Lennox’s busiest creative stretch in years. Her third studio album, Vacancy, arrived January 23, 2026, marking her first full-length release since parting ways with J. Cole‘s Dreamville Records in April 2025.
The rollout included a 31-city Live Nation-produced North American tour that launched in Seattle in April and closed in Charlotte in June, plus sold-out nights alongside Robert Glasper during his Blue Note residency in Los Angeles and a performance on The Jennifer Hudson Show. She heads back on the road this summer with a stop at the Newport Jazz Festival in early August.
CAA’s touring roster has stayed active in R&B and beyond this year, also landing worldwide deals for Bebe Rexha off the back of her visual album Dirty Blonde and for country veteran Jo Dee Messina ahead of her 30th-anniversary tour.

Takeaways
This reads like a consolidation move, not a reinvention. Lennox just closed out a fully independent creative chapter: new music, a personal album, a big tour, and now she’s plugging into CAA’s global network to scale up the live side of her business.
Keeping November Yellow, ICLG, and Rodeo & Madison in place while only swapping booking agencies signals the rest of her camp is staying put. This looks like a targeted upgrade, not a teardown.
Will CAA’s global reach open the door to international festival dates that THE·TEAM hadn’t landed for her? Does this signing hint at bigger touring ambitions post-Vacancy, maybe arena-level shows down the line?
