Using Celebrity Name For Advertising
Can you use a celebrities name in advertising without getting their permission?

If you do this without setting some type of deal with that celebrity then you will definitelly be treading in legal/lawsuit waters. You are using their name without their permission and not compensating them for it so I think its safe to say that its not a good idea to do this.
