Regarding interviews
I am a Producer. Almost every week I need to have guests on my channel, but somehow I hardly get replies. Is there a format I should follow while sending a mail.

Yes... always send examples of what you do. It really goes a long way.

In your email, you will want to provide the publicist or manager with details about your channel, links to episodes with other guest, and any audience metrics. Be sure to cover all bases of who/what/when/where/why/how
