Hope all is well. Before calling, I would recommend to send a follow-up email, best time to do so is 3 days from the initial contact up to a week.

I'd give it 3 business days before emailing them again. Best days to email are Monday-Wednesday at 9:30am or 11:00am.
You can also download an email tracking app (I use Mixmax). Mixmax tells me if my email has been opened or not, what time/day, and how many times it's been opened.

Hi Diego. I would only call representatives if they have replied to my email. If you did not receive an email reply after 1 week, you can send the representative a follow-up email.
I disagree. Sometimes it's important to call if you do not hear back, as the email may have gotten lost. I have been able to book many interviews and confirm several press passes this way.
