It varies for each agent. Also if your email is non-professional, or is not relevant then its not uncommon for an agent not to respond at all. Make sure that you take time to write a clear email for whatever it is that you are trying to do. Please not that an agent deals with bookings/deals for their client, so if whatever your reaching out does not involve this, its unlikely that you will get a response.
If you haven't heard back after a week, then you can follow-up "1" time. Do not email them repeatedly as this will lead to you getting blocked.
Great question! Each representative's response time will vary according to their workload. Celebrity representatives are very busy and receive countless emails daily, so do not expect a response right away. Once you have sent your inquiry email, give the agent about one week to respond to you. Do not bombard their inbox with emails, as you may end up in the spam folder. If, after a week you have not heard from them, you can send ab brief follow up email.
