I have a question. When you book the venue and artist and tickets go on sell through ticketmaster. Does Ticketmaster send you like weekly payments on tickets you sold to keep cash flow or does the venue give you anything? How does the day of the event go? Looking to do our first concert but wanting to know how to keep cash flow going for marketing ect.
Ticketmaster will traditionally pay the box office and the box office will give you your check on settlement including the ticket sales minus expenses. Hope this helped
So Ticketmaster has different arrangements and programs, so the terms vary on which one. If you provide me with the specific program your considering, I may be able to provide you details on it.
Here are the details for their Universe program:
Funds are available for withdrawal 48 hours after the event is over. Then depending on the method in which you want to be paid, it will take even longer to get your money. So if your concern is cash flow, this isn't the ideal path to take
Hello, I have some input, but it might not be 100% accurate because a lot of their ticketing is hidden. However, I've read different cases and it seems to depend on a few factors (artist, event type, scale etc). They do however, charge a ton of fee's and we have a platform that would give you the same features without passing all the fee's to consumers, with plans to give the event creator most proceeds from their secondary market. The platform is Equalevents.io . You can go there and see if it fits for your event. Hope some of this helps
