Indoors: opening act 30 minutes; headlining band 45 minutes NO INTERMISSION.
Outdoors: opening act 30 minutes headlining band 35 minutes intermission 15 to 20 minutes and then repeat opening act 20 to 25 minutes headlining act 30 to 35 minutes
To book a celerity for a live performance, you need to contact their agent. If there is no agent, the next best person to contact is their manager. Before establishing communication, you want to solidify a few details: venue, date and time, budget, celebrity confirmation deadline, and funding (i.e. sponsors). Your event is unique because it will be virtual, so you will not have to worry about transportation and housing costs. Consider the backdrop/stage for each band. If you or the band want a specific theme or look, you may need to pay for the equipment. You will also have to organize and set up the technology to stream the performances.
