good offer template?

hi, i’m looking for a good booking offer template.

i saw the template that this website provides in the resources tab but it seems like it lacks important information such as ticket price, payment terms, cancellation terms, offer expiration…i’m not sure what other terms might be important to include in an offer.

The offer template has all of the needed fields needed to put in an offer including ticket price. Also, some of the things you mentioned aren't included in an actual offer.

Payment terms - you can put this in the offer section of the template
Cancellation terms - this is negotiated during the contract phase
Offer expiration - you can also add this in the offer section, but from my experience, I would provide the expiration directly to the agent by email

thank you for getting back to me. in regard to cancellation terms, is it typical for an artist to want to keep the first half of the deposit even if they cancel?

@alejandro Is it typical for an artist to "want" to keep a deposit if they cancel. Yes, its free money lol. From my experience, an artist will want to keep the deposit and offer you a time to reschedule. I personally don't like to do this unless we can confirm a new date asap. If we aren't able to immediately confirm a new date, I just ask for the money back. But you should definitely get the money back if they cancel, and you don't want to reschedule
