We are a newly started event company and planning to organize a major EDM festival type event in our city.
What are the chances that my emails get noticed by EDM booking agents of, such as Martin Garrix, Kygo, Chainsmokers and etc., so I could discuss further details with them?
For the record, my country is located in Asia and not really known for this type of events. So what are tips that they can get convinced about booking, and also price negotiations?

Hi Kamran,
Your emails will get noticed as long as you draft out the email properly. Before reaching out to the agent, know when you want to do the event, where you want to do the event, venue capacity, and any other information that will help the agent to assess if it is possible. Also, a lot of EDM artists have agents that are specifically assigned for that region, so make sure that you are reaching out to the right agent.
