Tim Bliss, the Ukrainian-born teenage DJ and producer who holds a Guinness World Record, has signed with Anna Agency for worldwide live music and touring representation. Youp van der Steeg will lead the relationship from the agency’s Amsterdam office.
Bliss, 15, has moved quickly since a 2018 meeting with Martin Garrix set him on a DJing path. He earned the title “Youngest DJ in Ukraine” in 2020 after playing to crowds of more than 5,000, and has since picked up public support from Nicky Romero, Fedde Le Grand, DubVision, and David Guetta.
His production has landed on Nicky Romero‘s Protocol label, and he’s released official remixes for Armin van Buuren and Anyma.
In 2025, he played Tomorrowland and received the Future Talent Award at the International Music Summit in Ibiza. He also runs his own imprint, Gen Alpha, built to support emerging producers.
For Anna Agency, the move continues a busy 2026 for its electronic roster. The Amsterdam agency, which is marking 30 years in business and is led by CEO Anna Knaup, already represents Hardwell, Radical Redemption, KSHMR, and Mike Williams.
Earlier this summer, the agency added hard techno DJ Intrude to its worldwide roster, continuing its push to deepen its electronic and hard dance bookings.
The Bliss deal also lands amid a wider wave of agency activity in dance music this year. In June, Pole Position signed with Analog Agency for worldwide representation, while Borgeous moved from UTA to CS3 Agency for its own worldwide deal.
For a 15-year-old artist already drawing co-signs from some of trance and progressive house’s biggest names, landing with an agency known for developing hard dance and electronic acts into festival mainstays could accelerate his path to bigger stages.
Takeaways
Signing a 15-year-old with this level of festival cosigns is a bold early bet. Anna Agency isn’t just adding a novelty “teen DJ”; it’s adding an artist who already has trance and progressive house heavyweights backing him.
Paired with July’s Intrude signing, it signals that the agency is stacking depth in electronic and hard dance talent rather than chasing single big names. It also fits a broader 2026 pattern of agencies consolidating rosters and moving early on younger acts before the next festival cycle.
Can Anna Agency convert Bliss’s festival cosigns into major North American or Asian festival bookings? Does representing a minor artist change how an agency structures scheduling, contracts, or touring pace? Will Bliss’s own label, Gen Alpha, become a talent pipeline the way established DJs’ imprints often do?
