Miniature Tigers has signed with Ground Control Touring (GCT) for North American touring representation, with Andrew Ellis handling the band’s bookings.

The move is really a reunion. Ellis booked Miniature Tigers for years at APA before jumping to GCT’s New York office in 2023 with a roster that included Manchester Orchestra and New Found Glory. The band now follows him to the new agency.

On the management side, nothing changes: Miniature Tigers continues with TMWRK. The band was previously represented by Sound Talent Group (STG).

Fronted by singer-songwriter Charlie Brand, the Phoenix-born, Brooklyn-based band built a devoted indie-pop following starting with 2008’s Tell It to the Volcano, followed by Fortress, Mia Pharaoh, 2019’s Vampires in the Daylight, a self-titled album in 2023, and most recently, June 2026’s Summer of the Cow.

The band has just announced a winter headlining run for this December, with dates including stops in New York and Washington, D.C.

GCT’s roster keeps expanding across genres. The agency recently signed TOPS for worldwide representation outside Europe/UK, Africa, and the Middle East, added Navy Blue for worldwide representation, and brought on Adult DVD for North and South America.

Takeaways

This is a loyalty signing more than a strategic overhaul; Ellis and the band simply pick up where they left off, just under a new letterhead. For GCT, it’s another proof point that when their agents move shop, clients tend to follow, strengthening the agency’s already deep indie-rock bench.

Could Ellis’s arrival open the door for other longtime APA clients to eventually land at GCT? Does keeping TMWRK in place signal that Miniature Tigers is settling into a stable, low-drama phase after nearly 20 years as a band?
