Presenter, radio host and voiceover artist Jourdan “Jourds” Robson-Lawrence has signed with Off Limits Group for management, departing Insanity Group. She will be represented by Rosi Cooke, working across brand partnerships and digital.

Jourds took over Capital XTRA’s weekend slot, Saturdays and Sundays from 4-7pm, becoming a regular voice on the station’s hip hop and R&B programming.

Beyond radio, she’s built a reputation as a voiceover artist, lending her voice to campaigns for brands including TikTok, Sky, Amazon and Meta, and has spent years interviewing major names in music, film and entertainment across red carpets and premieres.

Off Limits Group, founded in 2017 by Chris Drake, Jim Erwood and Rossella Castellana, has had a busy run of signings recently. The agency added actor-presenter Joe Swash, content creator Georgia May, and broadcaster Adeola Patronne.

The move puts Jourds alongside label-mates Jesy Nelson and Chris Hughes at an agency that’s also been stacking its senior leadership, hiring Rebekka Taylor and Josie Mackie from YMU over the past year.

Takeaways

This one fits a pattern we’ve seen from Off Limits Group all year: land presenters with a strong on-air identity, then pair them with a management team built to push brand deals and digital growth.

Jourds brings a rare combo (live radio credibility plus a voiceover CV stacked with major brands) that makes her a natural fit for a company doubling down on brand partnerships.

Could Jourds’ voiceover portfolio (TikTok, Sky, Amazon, Meta) become the blueprint for how Off Limits pitches its other radio and digital talent to brands? Does this signing hint at a bigger TV presenting push for Jourds, now backed by an agency actively expanding its entertainment infrastructure?
