OPPO has officially named K-pop girl group BABYMONSTER as its new global brand ambassador for the Reno16 Series, ahead of the phone’s international launch beginning June 25 in Thailand and Spain.

The OPPO Reno16 Series global rollout commences on June 25 in Thailand and Spain, with BABYMONSTER signing as global brand ambassador ahead of their 2026 arena tour.

OPPO Overseas CMO Ling Liu said the company is focused on creating smartphones that combine powerful technology with individuality and creative expression, welcoming BABYMONSTER as the face of Reno’s next global chapter.

The group joins OPPO’s star-studded history of Reno ambassadors, including I-DLE’s Yuqi in China, Minnie in Thailand, and SEVENTEEN’s BSS subunit for the Reno11 F and Reno12.

BABYMONSTER is also set to hold concerts at SM Mall of Asia Arena on September 5, 2026, as part of their BABYMONSTER CHOOM 2026-27 World Tour, keeping the group highly visible throughout the launch window, similar to how OPPO leaned on touring momentum with past acts.
