Justin Pasutto Signs With Shine Talent Group For Management

Celebrity Name:Justin Pasutto
New Representation Type:Management
New Company:Shine Talent Group
Primary Agent:Molly Tucker
Department:Digital
  • Justin Pasutto, former Canadian pro snowboarder and content creator, has signed with Shine Talent Group for management in the digital space, alongside his wife, TV personality Jillian Harris.
  • The couple collectively commands over 2.3 million followers across social platforms, and Shine is positioning them as "creator-preneurs" bridging traditional TV and digital commerce.
  • Molly Tucker, Director of Canada for Shine, will manage both clients, targeting brand partnerships and appearances.

Justin Pasutto has signed with Shine Talent Group for management in the digital space. The deal was announced on May 14, 2026, and also includes his wife, The Bachelor and The Bachelorette star Jillian Harris. Molly Tucker, Director of Canada for Shine, will oversee both clients.

Pasutto, a Calgary-born former professional snowboarder who competed on Canada’s National Boardercross Development Team, retired from the sport after a string of injuries and pivoted to entrepreneurship and content creation through his company Pasutto Media Inc.

He and Harris starred together in the W Network docu-series Jillian and Justin in 2017, and have since built a joint digital following exceeding 2.3 million across platforms.

Harris, for her part, is also known for hosting Love It or List It Vancouver for six seasons and founding The Jilly Box subscription e-commerce brand.

Much like Genneya Walton’s recent signing with Strand Entertainment for management, this deal reflects how talent agencies are increasingly targeting multi-hyphenate personalities whose audience loyalty spans both broadcast and digital.

Shine Talent Group, founded in 2015 and known for representing over 250 creators including Sarah Nicole Landry and Alicia McCarvell, has been on a growth run, expanding into the New York market and growing its Canadian roster heading into 2026.

The company’s earlier signings in the management space echo moves like Brad Anderson’s signing with Cinetic Media for management, underscoring a wider industry trend of established management firms broadening their digital and hybrid talent rosters.

Takeaways

This signing is a smart play on both sides. For Pasutto, landing at Shine Talent Group, one of the most creator-focused management firms in North America, gives him a dedicated infrastructure to scale brand deals beyond what a smaller or generalist agency can offer.

He’s no longer just “Jillian Harris’s husband” in the eyes of the industry; the dual signing and the “creator-preneur” branding signal that both he and Harris are being positioned as a power couple unit with individual commercial identities.

For Shine, adding Pasutto and Harris to their Canadian roster is a coup. The couple’s blend of reality TV credibility and digital-first commerce, think The Jilly Box and Pasutto Media, is exactly the crossover profile that top brands are hunting for in 2026.

Will Shine pursue brand deals for Justin and Jillian as a couple, or develop separate commercial tracks for each? Could this management deal lead to a new joint TV or streaming project on top of their digital work?
