  • Agent Rebeka Banu will handle the signing at Free Trade Agency, which also recently added Nick Waterhouse to its roster for the same territory.
  • Busker Artist Agency retains Belgium representation, while Musickness continues as management and PIAS handles publicity.
  • Noonzy released his debut EP Puppies via PIAS Recordings in April 2025, a five-track avant-pop project that drew wide critical attention.

Antwerp-based singer-songwriter Noonzy, the solo project of Arnaud Stockbroekx, has signed with London-based Free Trade Agency for live music and touring representation across Europe and the UK (excluding Belgium). Agent Rebeka Banu will oversee the partnership.

For Belgium, Noonzy remains with Busker Artist Agency, the Halle-based booking agency founded by Werner Dewachter in 2002 and now part of the All Things Live group.

On the management side, he continues with Antwerp’s Musickness, a 30-year-old company led by co-founder Christian Pierre and home to artists including Tamino, dEUS, and Balthazar while PIAS handles his press.

Free Trade Agency, known for its eclectic independent roster that spans artists like Father John Misty, Fleet Foxes, and The National, recently made waves with the signing of R&B artist Nick Waterhouse for the same territory, pointing to continued momentum in their European signing activity.

Noonzy broke through with his debut EP Puppies, released in April 2025 via PIAS Recordings. The five-track project, described as exuberant avant-pop built on analogue synths and buoyant basslines, earned him considerable critical praise and followed earlier festival appearances at Belgium’s Maanrock and a De Nieuwe Lichting win. He’s also shared stages with Eefje de Visser.

Takeaways

This is a well-structured move for an artist at exactly the right moment. Puppies gave Noonzy real critical credibility beyond the Belgian circuit, and landing at Free Trade Agency, one of the UK and Europe’s most respected independent booking agencies, gives him the infrastructure to convert that buzz into meaningful touring across the continent.

The decision to keep Busker Artist Agency for Belgium is also smart; it shows a team that knows how to protect its home base while simultaneously expanding outward.

And having all three pillars: Musickness for management, PIAS for press, and now Free Trade for European live, suggests a team with a clear long-term vision.

Could this signing fast-track Noonzy onto the bills of major UK and European festivals like Green Man, Primavera Sound, or Le Guess Who in the near term? How does retaining separate Belgian representation under Busker shape the way Noonzy builds momentum at home versus abroad?
