What happens to my credits when I cancel my account?

When you cancel your account, your credits will be available for use until your account expires. When your account expires, all of your credits are loss forever. If you want to keep your credits, you would need to reactivate your account before your account expires.

I haven’t received a password reset email

If you sent yourself the email but never received it:

Check your Spam and Promotions folders (and any email filters you’ve set up) to make sure the message isn’t being directed away from your email inbox.

If you cannot find the password reset email after checking your spam folder, try adding the following email addresses to your email contact list and send yourself a password reset email again afterward:

Celebrity Representative Section

Can you explain your service?

Booking Agent Info is a platform used by companies to find out the official representation of celebrities and influencers. Companies search or browse our database for who they would like to collaborate with, and we provide them with the celebrities or influencers representation info. They get the contact information for representation from our site, and contact them directly. We are not a middle agency, and we do not broker deals.

 

 

Why do you need my client list?

By providing us with your client list, we are able to keep your information updated so that the companies that want to work with you know exactly who you represent.

How do I update my information?

You can update your information by sending us a pdf with your updated info, or you can contact us at [email protected], and let us know in the text of the email what you would like updated.

How can I add my clients?

You can add your clients to Booking Agent Info by sending your roster in text, or by pdf. You can submit the information along with the contact information that you want added to [email protected]

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

Your unused credits will continue to roll over each month, for up to 12 months, as long as you have an active subscription.
On annual plans, you will get all your credits upon purchase. Any unused credits will be reset at the end of the annual cycle.

What are credits?

1 credit = 1 profile contact details.

Every time you hit the “Show Contact” button, you have used one credit. One credit entitles you to all phone numbers and email addresses we have for that contact.

I am a representative, and want to update me or my clients information

You can update your or your clients information by sending us a pdf with your updated info, or you can contact us using this form by letting us know what you need updated. You can also email us at [email protected] with the information that you need updated.

I am a member, and want to report incorrect contact information

You can report incorrect contact information multiple ways including:
1. Clicking the warning symbol ⚠ next to the name of the person whose information is incorrect. You can find this symbol next to any representatives name on a celebrity’s page.
2. From your dashboard, under Review Profiles. You can see the celebrities in which you have recently viewed. You can click on the celebrity where you found the incorrect info, and report it this way.
3. Lastly, you can contact us by filling our contact form.

There are report warning buttons ⚠ next to each representatives name on every celebrity profile, so if you find something that is inaccurate then you can easily report it, and we work diligently to correct the information. We do updates to our database daily.

Payments and Billing

I’d like to request an invoice

Booking Agent Info provides a link to printable receipts for all charges for your account.

To access your receipts on a laptop or a desktop computer, go to your account dashboard here: Account Info. Then click on the “View Receipt” link for the month of the invoice that you want to download.

 

I was charged more than expected

We offer monthly and annual subscriptions to Booking Agent Info. Our billing is recurring until cancelled.

Our pricing is as follows:

Essentials Plan

  • Monthly Subscription – $35/month
  • Annual Subscription – $24/month (billed as a payment of $288 each year)

Professional Plan

  • Monthly Subscription – $69/month
  • Annual Subscription – $49/month (billed as a payment of $588 each year)

If you run out of credits before your credits renew, you can purchase additional credits for .30/credit.

Payments made in your local currency will be converted to USD at the current exchange rate at the time of purchase.

My payment doesn’t go through

If you were shown an error while we attempted to process your credit card, please double-check your payment information and try again.

Only your bank or credit card issuer can confirm the specific reason. Here are a few of the most common ones:

  • Incorrect credit card number or expiration date
  • Insufficient funds
  • Some banks will reject charges based on location; online international payments should be enabled
  • Some banks will reject charges based on their own fraud rules

Why was I charged again?

Booking Agent Info is a subscription service that is set to recurring payment cycles. Your subscription will automatically renew at the standard pricing and cadence unless you cancel before the end of the billing period. See our Terms of Use policy for more information.

Go to the celebrity profile and click on “Not Sure Who to Contact?”. You can also tell us more about your inquiry by clicking “Others” tab on the “Not Sure Who to Contact?” page.

Alternatively, you can submit an info request.

What does my Request Status mean?

There are 4 different statuses that will be displayed in the Request Status tab:
  • Submitted – We received your request
  • Researching – We have started researching your request
  • Added – Request is complete and has been added to our database
  • Sent By Email – Request is complete and we sent you the details by email

 

I have submitted an info request, what happens next?

We will research your request. We aim to provide you with an update within 48 hours.
