Mr. Ballen (born Jonathan B. Allen) is an American former Navy Seal, YouTuber, and TikTok star, known for his posts on real-life crime cases and other mysterious events on his YouTube channels. Born on October 1, 1988 in Massachusetts, Mr. Allen combines storytelling with humor to deliver amazing content.
He spent his formative years in Quincy alongside his two sisters. He enrolled into the University of Massachusetts after graduating high school in 2006, but would later drop out. He soon developed an interest in the military, and joined the Navy Seals in 2010, courtesy of his mother.
Mr. Allen called it quits in 2017 after sustaining a shoulder injury. His experiences in the military prompted him to establish an organization that helps former Navy Seal operatives. Through the organization, he told stories about his time at the Navy. However, the content drew criticism from his former teammates, and he soon dropped it. He became passionate about the dark and mystery, and moved to YouTube to further his content.
The former Navy Seal has three YouTube channels - two English channels and a Spanish channel, where posts a series of contents. He also runs a podcast called “Ballentines Day,” where he discusses about true crime cases.
