This all depends on whether the relationship with the celebrity and the agent is exclusive. If the relationship is exclusive then you will need to deal with the agent. The question is more of “why isn’t the agent” responding to my email in this case. You would need to provide me with more information on what you sent to them so I can make an assessment on this. Just a side note, if you try to go to the manager when they have an exclusive relationship with an agent, the manager will usually just direct you to the agent. Also, the agent may not be happy that you tried to go around them.

Now if they have a non-exclusive relationship, then you will want to reach out to the manager.
