I connected with an agent that loved my product and stated they would send me the address of the celebrity to send to but I never received the address. I reached out two more times to remind them and I have not received a reply yet.

I initially emailed the talent agency Dec 21st and got a response Dec 31st informing me they were looping in another person and to expect a follow up after the holiday. I received that email Jan 11th and we sent maybe 4 emails discussing information. I sent the last email on Jan 19th and have not gotten a response yet. It has been a month and I was going to send another follow-up and then let it go.
I think you should wait before emailing again. Representatives are usually very busy and sometimes it takes time for them to reply. Also it should be noted that agents don't typically send product to their clients, so this seems to be an exception. If the inquiry is not urgent, I would do a third follow-up after 2-3 weeks, kindly asking them if they are still interested. If that does not work, perhaps you should try emailing to someone else from the celebrity team like the publicist. Hope this helps!
Since you emailed the agent several times, I would refrain from contacting them again. Depending on how recently you followed up (i.e. within the last seven days), they may not have had the chance to read your emails. If this is the case, give them a few more days to respond. Celebrity agents receive countless emails, so you never want to overly bombard their inbox.
