Steven Zhu was born on in San Francisco, California in April 28, 1989.
He released the EP Nightday in 2014 and another EP Genesis Series in 2015. Both made it to No. 11 of Billboard’s Top 10 chart.
The first full-length album he released Generationwhy topped Billboards’ Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart. The title track, “Hometown Girl,” “In the Morning,” and “Faded.” In 2017, he released the EP Stardustexhalemarrakechdreams which peaked at No. 10 of the US Heat chart. The EP included the song “Dreams” with Nero.
In 2018, he released the album Ringos Desert Pt. 1 which made it to No. 19 of the US Dance chart. The most popular hits from the latest EP are “Blame” with Ekali, “My Life” with Tame Impala, and “Coming Home” featuring Majid Jordan.
