Zezé Di Camargo & Luciano is a Brazilian musical duo that was formed in 1991 in Pirenopolis, Goias, Brazil. The members of the ensemble are Mirosmar José de Camargo aka Zezé di Camargo (vocals) and Welson David de Camargo aka Luciano (backing vocals). The duo dropped their debut full-length effort in 1991 and what appeared was the smash hit album E o Amor, which sold in the millions. The album was recorded by the legendary MPB legend Maria Bethania. That decade saw an annual release of hit albums all selling over a million copies each: Coração Está em Pedaços (1992), Saudade Bandida (1993), Salva Meu Coração (1994), Pão de Mel (1995), Indiferença (1996), É Minha Vida (1997), Pra Não Pensar em Você (1998), and Pare (1999). They are also known as the subject of the award-winning documentary film 2 Filhos de Francisco - A Historia de Zeze di Camargo e Luciano which was released in 2005. The documentary passes as one of the most successful Brazilian films of all time.
