Wallows is an American indie rock band born in Los Angeles created by Braeden Lemasters, Cole Preston, and Dylan Minnette. The band began their music production in April 2017. The band achieved number two on Spotify's Top Viral 50 ranking with their song "Pleaser". In 2018, they signed a contract with Atlantic Records and released their debut EP Spring. Establishing a '80s influenced sound with hints of post-punk synth pop and power pop. Wallows first came to wider public attention in 2017 after band member and actor Dylan Minnette had a starring role in the teen drama 13 Reasons Why. He presented the single "Pictures of Girls", which ranged in the Top 40 of Billboard's alternative song list. In early 2019, the band's single "Are You Bored Yet?" with Clairo reached the Top 40 of Billboard's rock song list.
