Walker County is a music duo of sisters Ivy Dene and Sophie Dawn. Growing up, the two sisters loved listening to country music. They relocated to Nashville to follow their passion for music. The sisters were born into a family of musicians, as their father, Billy Walker, occasionally plays with them as a lead guitarist. Their music extends its roots into traditional country. They released their first single, titled “Time Machines” in September 2018. Their second single, “The Hamptons” was released the following year.
Their other singles include “Drag It Out”, “Bits & Pieces”, “Someone’s Someone”, “Liar”, “You and Jesus”, “Don’t Talk to Me Like That”, and “Mirror Mirror”. Their debut EP “No Smoke and Mirrors” was released in February 2023.
