Valentin Le Du or better known by his stage name Vald, was born on July 15 1992 in Aulnay-sous-Bois, France. He started rapping when he was just 17 years old. Valentin released two albums one in 2012 and one in 2016. These two albums were re-edited into a single CD. On January 20th, 2017 his first debut album Agartha was released and the album earned a platinum certification in France. In 2018 he released another album called XEU and worked with two other rappers namely Suik'on Blaz AD and Sofiane. In 2018, he was the number one on the nation's singles chart with his single Désaccordé, making 2018 one of the highlights of his career. Désaccordé has more than 144 million views on YouTube.
