Ulices Chaidez y Sus Plebes is a music group from Mexico. The group is led by multi-instrumentalist, singer, and songwriter Ulices Chaidez. Since 2016, the group has been releasing singles and albums that have charted locally and worldwide. Chaidez started playing music from a young age. Aside from requinto guitar, he can comfortably play drums, bass, and fife. The group released its first single, titled “Andamos en el Ruedo” in August 2016.
The single topped several Latin Songs charts and earned millions of views within a short time. They released their first full-length album, “Andamos en el Ruedo,” which was released in October and charted at number three in the Top Latin Albums chart, remaining there for 92 weeks. Their second album, “El Elegido,” was released the following year and charted at number five. After going on tour in Mexico and the United States, they released the live album “Marcando De Historia” in 2019.
