Tropical Fuck Storm are an Australian band founded in 2017 in Melbourne, Australia. The band consists of Gareth Liddiard and Fiona Kitschin, members of the well-known band The Drones, Lauren Hammel, and Erica Dunn. Their debut album, “A Laughing Death in Meatspace”, was released in March 2018 and shortly thereafter the band signed with Joyful Noise Recordings. Their second studio album was “Braindrops”, released in August 2019. The Quietus magazine ranked him 8 out of 100 entries on their “2018 Albums” list. It's also the highest-rated punk blues album of the decade on the Rate Your Music website, based on more than 3,500 reviews. In March 2019, the band released a new single, “The World of Straw Men”, which got positive reviews.
